Biography

Jorge Ar茅valo joined 吃瓜猎奇 in 2008. He now works as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness for the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. In this capacity, Ar茅valo oversees multiple grant initiatives, works on strategic planning efforts, and co-chairs the University Institutional Effectiveness Committee (UIEC). Ar茅valo holds a Bachelor of Science in information systems engineering from the University of El Salvador (2005), an MBA from Southern Illinois University (2007) and Project Management certificate from 吃瓜猎奇 (2009). More recently, he earned a certificate in "Leadership with Evidence, Analytics, and Data (LEAD)" from the National Association for Institutional Research, further solidifying his expertise in the field. Whenever possible, he enjoys to spend holidays in his home country of El Salvador, in the company of his wife and two young children.
