³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ (³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ) alumna will make an appearance on on Wednesday, March 13 to discuss her experiences and growth gained throughout her time with the .
Porter was a communication major at ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ. For her senior project, she planned and executed a "McDonald's Teacher's Night" where she raised $1,084 for her elementary school. Since then, she has joined the McDonald's Corporation as an operations associate. She will appear in the 1 p.m. program in a segment discussing her involvement in the company's "Where You Want To Be" program.
"Taylor was an outstanding student," said Brad Mello, associate professor and chair of ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ's communication department. "Her hard work and dedication -- combined with a desire to help her community -- impressed me greatly. I'm thrilled that she is enjoying so much success as she pursues her career dreams."
